How much do you charge for delivery?Standard delivery is free to UK addresses, and £4.95 to other countries (please see the drop-down 'Country' box at the checkout to find out which countries we deliver to). For urgent UK parcels, we also offer two express delivery services (see below). |
Do you offer next-day delivery?Yes - if you are in the UK and place your order by 1pm Monday-Friday, you can choose next-day delivery for £5.00, or Saturday delivery for £7.00 - both options are available to select during the checkout process. How quickly do you despatch?Everything that you see on our website is in stock and normally despatched within one working day. Once you have placed your order with us, you will receive an email within one working day letting you know that your order has been despatched. |
Do the lenses hide my pupil?No. All of our lenses contain a circular hole in the middle where your pupil will show through, meaning that your vision will not be compromised in any way. Regarding how it will look visually, there will be a small dark circle from your pupil displayed in the middle of your lens. |
Do you sell prescription lenses?Sorry, we don't. All of our lenses have zero optical power - ie, they have no prescription qualities and are not intended to improve or alter your vision in any way. |
Can I wear your lenses under/over my prescription lenses?No, this is absolutely not recommended. One lens - novelty or otherwise - per eye only! |
Do your lenses comply with any regulations?Our lenses are manufactured according to strict international regulations, the ISO standard and the CE certification of safety. |
What are the lenses made of?Each lens is expertly manufactured in bio-compatible PHema. |
How big are the lenses?All of our lenses are completely circular in shape, with a diameter of approximately 14mm and a base curve of 8.6mm. |
Do I need to visit an optician first?It's a good idea to visit an optician prior to wearing any kind of lens. Your optician is a qualified professional who will be able to check that your eyes are suitable for wearing this type of lens, and will also advise you on maximum wearing times, etc. |
Are the lenses easy to fit?Each lens comes individually packaged with its own set of instructions which are well-written and easy to follow. If you have never worn lenses before then it will probably take a little practice before you are at ease with inserting and removing the lens, however it is not difficult and you could always ask somebody to help you at first, until you are confident in doing it yourself. |
How long can I use the lenses for?We sell three different ranges (TerrorEyes, DemonEyes and HypnotEyes) and each range is usable for a different amount of time. You will find that information within the item description on each page of our website. Each lens comes in a sealed pod which contains about a teaspoonful of lens solution. Once you have broken the seal on the pod, the lens is usable for the length of time stated in the item description, providing it is stored correctly in between each use. You should aim to wear your lenses for no more than 4-6 hours at a time, although this can be increased by hourly increments if your eye is showing no signs of irritation or tiredness. If in doubt, take it out! |
How do I store the lenses for future use? Good storage of your lens is of paramount importance, otherwise the condition of the lens will deteriorate and could cause problems the next time you wear it. As mentioned above, each lens comes individually packaged in a sealed pod containing about a teaspoonful of lens solution. After the seal has been broken, the lens can no longer be stored in the pod and should be transferred into a suitable storage case. We sell a duo-pack containing one storage case plus one 50ml bottle of lens solution for £4.95, shown below:- |
