| Making A Purchase Our website is really easy to use. All of our product ranges are neatly categorised so that you can quickly find what you are looking for, and most of our product images can be clicked to view the item in more detail. If you see something that you would like to purchase, just add it to your basket. You can review your basket at any stage simply by selecting 'View Your Basket' at the top of the page. When you have everything that you require in your basket, select 'Go to Checkout' at the top of the page where you will be asked to enter some details to enable us to process and deliver your order. After you have successfully made your payment, your order will be submitted to us and you will receive an automated email from us a few minutes later. You may need to check your junk/spam folder if the email does not arrive in your inbox - if this is the case, and to ensure that you receive all subsequent email updates relating to your order, you should add orders@(our domain name) to your safe list/email address book. |
| Delivery Charges We are pleased to offer free standard delivery within the United Kingdom on every single order that you place with us. Next-day delivery is available for £5.00 and guaranteed Saturday can be purchased for £7.00 (both UK only). Standard deliveries to the Republic of Ireland are charged at £1.95 for orders up to £30.00 in value, and £4.95 thereafter. For £4.95 we will ship to most other European and worldwide destinations, however we will only deliver non-UK parcels to the cardholder's address. To find out whether we deliver to your country, refer to the 'Country' drop-down box during checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us to find out whether we can deliver to your country. |
| Delivery Times We are very well-stocked and the majority of orders are despatched within one business day. We will send a notification to you by email on the day that your parcel is despatched. Occasionally an item may be out of stock, however we receive multiple stock deliveries throughout the week and you will be informed of any expected delay by email within one business day of placing your order. UK PARCELS ... are despatched via Royal Mail and (excluding Next-Day and Saturday Guaranteed) normally arrive at their destination within 1-3 business days, however please allow 10 business days before contacting us regarding non-delivery. The majority of our UK parcels are sent by recorded delivery, whereby a signature will be required upon arrival. During checkout, you will have the option of having your order delivered to a different address if desired. If nobody is available to sign for your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a card and will return your parcel to their local sorting office, where you should make arrangements within 5 business days to collect it or have it re-delivered (this can be arranged online at Royal Mail's website). OVERSEAS PARCELS ... are passed over to your country's postal service by Royal Mail and normally arrive at their destination within 3-10 business days, however please allow 15 business days before contacting us regarding non-delivery. The majority of our parcels are sent by recorded delivery, whereby a signature will be required upon arrival. If nobody is available to sign for your parcel, your postal service should leave a card and will return your parcel to their local depot, where you should make arrangements within 5 business days to collect it or have it re-delivered (you may be able to arrange this online, depending on your postal service). Note: If your parcel is returned to us because the address you have provided is incorrect or incomplete, you will have the choice of getting your parcel re-delivered or having your order cancelled and refunded, however in either case a £2.50 administration charge (£4.95 for non-UK parcels) will be made. |
| Payment Methods We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Visa Debit, Maestro and Solo, as well as via PayPal. Our customers' debit and credit cards are securely processed for us by leading payment service provider PayPoint.net - all aspects of their highly secure payment gateway have been PCI (Payment Card Industry) Data Security Standard Level 1 certified for the last three years in succession - that's the highest possible level of compliance. Alternatively if you have a PayPal account then you are welcome to make payment in that way. Make your choice by selecting either 'Pay with Credit or Debit Card' or 'Pay with PayPal' from the 'Payment Method' box during the check-out process. Our currency is United Kingdom pounds (GBP) with the '£' symbol. If you are paying with a card that has been issued from outside the UK then your transaction will be converted by your card-issuing organisation into your local currency at the exchange rate application on the date your transaction was processed. | Guarantee We guarantee your complete satisfaction. For hygiene reasons all items are despatched in a clear, sealed packet which allows you to view the item in full before breaking the seal. If for any reason you are not 100% delighted with your purchase and have not broken the seal, simply contact us for a return authorisation (see 'Returns Policy' below) and we will be happy to provide a refund or an exchange within 30 days, whichever you prefer. You should only break the package seal if you are prepared to keep the item, as unfortunately due to hygiene restrictions we are unable to re-stock and re-sell any item where the seal has been broken. |
| Returns Policy We are happy to exchange or refund any unopened item within 30 days from date of despatch. The item must remain sealed in its clear bag, the seal having neither been opened nor tampered with. Your return must be approved BEFORE you send your goods back to us - unfortunately we will not accept any returns sent back to us which have not been approved. All return requests must be made in writing by email. To have your return approved, please email your order number and reason for return to us and await our reply, which you will typically receive within one business day. For convenience, you may wish to forward your despatch email to us which will contain all of your order details - simply include your reason for return at the top of the message body. Once your return has been approved, we will write to you by email with instructions on how to package and return your parcel to us. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please DO NOT send goods back to us without first obtaining our approval via email. |
